Pink Popping Corn

This variety is small & unlike traditional sweet corn. Grown to make popcorn, it’s a small cob with tiny kernels. Each plant grows up to 4 cobs on each stalk.

Sow: Spring & Summer.

Corn is typically pollinated by the wind, having both male (tassels) and female (silks and ear) flowers. Pollen from the tassels needs to land on the silks in order to create a good crop. Hand pollination will increase pollination too. Leave the cobs on the stalks until completely dry.

Note: Cover cobs once the silks are completely dry/ brown to deter caterpillars eating the tops of the kernels.

Sow when is based on temperate/ subtropical climates. If you are growing in a warm, cool or tropical climate you may need to check your local when to sow guides.

Pack contains 10 seeds
